NORTHUMBERLANDIA | Original linocut print
Discover the Goddess of Northumberland, Northumberlandia. A gorgeous linocut print handprinted at my home studio in the Northeast of England, so everyone is slightly different and unique. Northumberlandia, known as 'The Lady of the North' is a huge human landform sculpture by Charles Jenck. Northumberlandia is a living part of our countryside and continue to changes as she grows. My print is a birdseye view of the sculpture which is 100 feet high and quarter mile long!

The process of a linocut print is quite lengthy. I digitally design most of my prints, these are then printed and transferred to a block for carving. Once carved the block is inked and printed to produce the final piece.
Each print is signed and comes with a descriptive note about the mythology of the design.
Printed on to beautiful white somerset 250gsm paper with caligo safe wash ink.
