The Coventina Press Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Coventina Press!  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, as listed below.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalised or custom prints.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at thecoventinapress@gmail.com or through our Contact Form to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s).

  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, or in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit. Include all original tags, accessories, and any other materials that came with the item if possible.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for its full value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  5. Return Address: Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item following the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at thecoventinapress@gmail.com or through our Contact Form. Provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Sale Items:

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
